Nhà mình rất thích ăn nấm bào ngư nên mình cũng chế biến ra rất nhiều món ngon từ loại nấm này. Ngoài những món ăn chính trong bữa cơm, mình cũng có rất nhiều món ăn vặt được chế biến từ nấm bào ngư. Mình xin giới thiệu đến mọi người món nấm bào ngư đút lò xốt mặn ngọt.
Rửa sạch nấm bào ngư, cắt bỏ chân nấm rồi để ráo nước, xé nhỏ vừa ăn. Cắt cà rốt thành sợi vừa ăn. Cho toàn bộ nấm và cà rốt vào khay giấy bạc.
Bây giờ chúng ta làm xốt các bạn nha. Băm nhỏ hành boaro, ớt sừng rồi phi thơm với dầu ăn. Sau đó cho các gia vị còn lại gồm: dầu hào, tỏi phi, đường, hạt nêm chay Knorr và nước lạnh vào nấu tan gia vị thì tắt bếp.
Cho xốt mặn ngọt vừa làm lên khay nấm, trộn đều rồi đem đi đút lò 250 độ - 7 phút. Đến khi các bạn thấy nấm chín thì đã có thể lấy ra và thưởng thức rồi đó.
Vị nấm bào ngư mềm mại, ngọt tự nhiên được đút lò cùng xốt mặn ngọt rất hợp, rất hòa quyện, phù hợp là một món ăn phụ trong bữa ăn dành cho các bạn ăn chay. Vậy là vô cùng đơn giản để có một món ăn vặt cho những ngày chay đúng không các bạn. Chúc các bạn thành công với công thức của mình nhé.
