Sữa chua bình thường đã quá tuyệt, còn kết hợp với vị việt quất thơm thơm, tạo nên những kem cây sữa chua việt quất giải nhiệt lý tưởng cho mùa nắng. Ngoài ra đây là loại kem sữa chua việt quốc chứa nhiều dinh dưỡng, rất tốt cho làn da của các chị em, và tốt cho sức khỏe mọi người. Thời tiết nắng nóng như thế này, việc có một cây kem mát lạnh, thì thích biết bao.
Rửa sạch 65gr việt quất. Đổ việt quất vào nồi cùng 20gr đường bột, đổ nước sâm sấp, không nên đổ quá nhiều, chỉ đổ vừa đủ. Vắt thêm 1/2 quả chanh lấy nước cốt chanh cho vào cùng hỗn hợp.
Nấu hỗn hợp trên lửa nhỏ, nhớ không được khuấy, thỉnh thoảng chỉ lắc nhẹ thành nồi. Nấu cho đến khi hỗn hợp sệt lại, quả việt quất vẫn còn nguyên hạt, tắt bếp, và để nguội.
Dùng máy đánh trứng, đánh bông 150gr kem whipping, chia 15gr đường thành từng phần, cho lần lượt vào âu kem. Đánh tốc độ trung bình cho đến khi kem bông lên, cho thêm 180gr sữa chua, cũng cho vào lần lượt, khuấy đều đến khi mịn.
Cho hỗn hợp kem sữa chua vào khuôn, cho sốt việt quốc đã nguội lên trên. Cắm que kem vào, rồi tiếp tục đổ thêm 1 lớp kem sữa chua, cuối cùng trang trí thêm 1 vài quả việt quất. Cho khuôn kem vào tủ lạnh tối thiểu 4 giờ để kem đông cứng.
Kem cây sữa chua việt quất có vị ngọt ngọt chua chua, giải nhiệt rất tốt. Cắn vào một miếng, hương vị việt quất mát lạnh lan tỏa trong miệng, làm bạn không thể ngừng ăn. Vừa ăn kem ngon vừa tốt cho da mặt, các chị em còn ngại gì không thử.
