Đậu xanh không vỏ đãi sạch, ngâm nước khoảng 3 giờ hoặc qua đêm.
Hấp chín đậu xanh không vỏ, nghiền nhuyễn, cho vào chảo cùng 50gr dừa nạo, 100gr đường trắng, đảo đều cho sệt lại. Sau đó, vo hỗn hợp đậu xanh không vỏ thành từng viên tròn, nhỏ.
Vỏ bánh: Cho 250gr bột nếp, 50gr bột gạo, 60gr đường trắng và 250ml nước vào 1 cái tô, trộn đều thành một khối bột mềm, dẻo.
Chia hỗn hợp vỏ bánh ra thành từng phần bằng nhau, vo tròn lại.
Đeo bao tay nylon, ấn dẹp vỏ bánh, cho nhân đậu xanh vào, vo tròn bánh lại. Cuối cùng, lăn bánh qua mè trắng.
Làm nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho bánh vào, chiên vàng giòn. Khi thấy bánh chuyển qua màu vàng đậm là bánh đã chín.
Bánh chín, vớt bánh ra, để ráo dầu là có thể mời mọi người thưởng thức!
